Orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days if in stock, however non stock items please allow 21 days. If purchasers have not received their order after 21 days, please contact the club on 01252 320211.

All items are sent via Royal Mail

Exchanges and refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

We are unable to exchange or refund a custom-printed shirt or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Therefore personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty - unsuitable sizes cannot be returned once the item has been personalised.

Returns should be marked for the attention of the Club Shop, Aldershot Town FC, The EBB Stadium at the Recreation Ground, High Street, Aldershot, GU11 1TW. We recommend that items are returned by Special Delivery as the club cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. All postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods being returned are faulty.

Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined on the website are correct. However, errors/omissions may occur.

Cancellation of Order

Purchasers can cancel their order by contacting the Club on 01252 320211. It is not necessary to give a reason for the cancellation. However, personalised orders cannot be cancelled.

If you have received the goods before you cancel the order, you must send these back to the address above at your cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified Aldershot Town FC that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited from your credit/debit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible. If goods have already been sent to you, the amount will not be re-credited to your account until the goods have been received by the Football Club.

Personalised items

Please ensure that any instructions regarding personalised items are clear. The Club will not take responsibility for any incorrect spellings, etc if this is not clear on the order form. Personalised items cannot be exchanged or the cost refunded.

Stock availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible we may offer an alternative item on approval. If this is not possible, we will place the out of stock item on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on separate delivery.

If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer you an alternative item wherever possible.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however web colours may vary slightly from the actual product colour.
