Aldershot Town 1-2 Plymouth Argyle Match Reaction

Aldershot Town went down to a disappointing 1-2 defeat to relegation threatened
Plymouth Argyle this afternoon at the EBB Stadium.

After the match Shots' boss Dean Holdsworth thought his side deserved something
from the game. "On another day, we would have taken something from the game, it is
hard to take when we should have a penalty given considering there were two or three
appeals we could have gone our way, but I'm also disappointed that there was not a
foul given on Anthony Tonkin for the second goal, but had we gone on to win the
game, that would have been harsh on Plymouth."

January addition Oliver Risser said today's defeat was difficult to take. "It was hard
today because it was not our best game but we feel hard done by because at the end of
the first half Guy Branston practically picked up the ball in a decision that did not go
our way, but we can't dwell on that because sometimes in football you get decisions
that do not fall your way."
